Braille Service Guidelines

To serve visually impaired individuals, Cure Chinese Medicine Clinic now offers the following Braille services:

Scope of service:

• Our clinic provides Braille versions of clinic introductions, fee schedules, and information on commonly used Chinese medicines for visually impaired individuals to obtain.

• After the consultation, the doctor can provide an electronic prescription and medication instructions (including the name of the medicine, dosage, method of administration and precautions), which will be converted into a Braille version by our clinic for the patient to take home.

• Important information such as appointment reminders and follow-up appointment dates can also be made into Braille notes as needed.

  
  

Reservations and arrangements:

• If you require Braille prescriptions or documents, please inform the staff when making your appointment so that time can be reserved for their production.

• Braille documents take time to prepare, so it is recommended to apply two working days in advance. Same-day appointments can also be arranged if possible, but there may be a wait.

• Our clinic can also assist in contacting blind counseling organizations to provide further support as needed.

  
  

Notes:

1. Braille services are provided free of charge by the clinic, with no additional fees.

2. The electronic prescription will be sent directly to the clinic's system and converted by staff. The data transmission process will be kept confidential.

3. The Braille version is for reference only. The specific diagnosis and treatment plan shall be based on the doctor's explanation in person.

4. Guide dogs are allowed in the examination room and waiting area. Fresh water is available for resting at the clinic.
