Medical visit process

  1. Schedule your appointment through our website or by phone or in person at the clinic. Arrive at the clinic on time to register and receive basic guidance. If you have a fever, feel unwell, or need assistance due to mobility issues, please notify the staff on duty.

  2. Wait in the waiting area of the clinic and pay attention to the waiting instructions on the display screen.

  3. Follow the instructions to go to the examination room or treatment room for examination and treatment. After the examination and treatment, you will be issued a prescription in duplicate (one copy for medication and one copy for the patient).

  4. Submit the prescription to the reception desk, pay the consultation fee, medication fee (applicable only to Chinese medicine), and schedule a follow-up appointment (if applicable). You will receive a receipt after payment.

  5. If you need Chinese medicine prescriptions, please submit the medication prescription to the Chinese medicine pharmacy after payment. The prescription preparation usually takes 15 to 30 minutes, but the exact time depends on the amount and number of doses.

  6. While waiting for your medication, please wait in the waiting area and pay attention to the dispensing instructions on the display screen. Once your medication is dispensed, please take your receipt to the Chinese medicine pharmacy to collect it.

*If you choose the Chinese medicine decoction service, please pay attention to the pick-up time shown by the reception staff, and bring the receipt to the Chinese medicine pharmacy to pick up the medicine at the designated time.

Arrangements under bad weather

Warning signals or "extreme situations" regarding clinic service arrangements during effective/cancellation times:

Issued during clinic service hours:
Clinic services will be suspended until further notice.
In the event of a tropical cyclone warning signal of No. 8 or above, the clinic will arrange for patients to leave the clinic safely, depending on the weather and traffic conditions.
In the event of a black rainstorm warning signal, the clinic will provide services to patients who have already arrived at the clinic.

Issued before 9:30 a.m. but still valid after 9:30 a.m.:
The clinic will not be open to provide services in the morning until further notice.

Cancelled before 10:30 a.m.:
Clinic services will gradually return to normal within two hours after the warning signal or "extreme situation" is lifted.
However, if the "extreme situation" takes effect after the cancellation of Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8, clinic services will remain suspended.
Patients who are unable to attend their appointment should reschedule according to the instructions on the appointment slip.

Cancellation at or after 10:30 a.m. and before 2:30 p.m.:
The morning appointment slots will be cancelled.
Afternoon clinic services will gradually resume within two hours after the warning signal or "extreme situation" is lifted.
However, if the "extreme situation" takes effect after the cancellation of Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8, clinic services will remain suspended.
Patients scheduled for morning appointments or those unable to attend their afternoon appointments should reschedule according to the instructions on their appointment slip.

Cancelled at or after 2:30 PM:
The clinic services will remain suspended in the afternoon.

Patients should pay attention to the service arrangements announced by the clinic through its online platform after the Black Rainstorm Warning Signal, Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal, and "Extreme Conditions" take effect and are cancelled.

Patients can also call the relevant clinic during office hours to inquire after the warning signal or "extreme situation" has been cancelled.

Note: If a super typhoon causes an "extreme situation," such as severe disruption to public transportation services, widespread flooding, severe landslides, or large-scale power outages, the clinic will review the situation and decide whether it is necessary to issue an "extreme situation" announcement.
