To ensure the safety of patients and staff, Cure Chinese Medicine Clinic will adjust its services according to the following guidelines during severe weather. Please take note.
1. Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal
Standby Signal No. 1 / Strong Wind Signal No. 3
The clinic will continue to operate as usual.
Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above (Gale or Storm Signal)
- During suspension: The clinic will temporarily suspend services.
- Remove before normal business hours: If the signal is removed at least two hours before the scheduled appointment, the clinic will resume services as soon as possible. Please refer to the clinic's official announcements.
- If hung during business hours: The clinic will immediately arrange for safe evacuation and close for appointments as soon as possible.
2. Heavy Rain Warning Signal
Yellow rainstorm warning
The clinic will continue to operate as usual.
Red rainstorm warning
The clinic remains open. However, patients are advised to consider rescheduling unless absolutely necessary, and should take precautions for safety.
Black Rainstorm Warning
- When suspended: The clinic will temporarily suspend services.
- During business hours, the clinic will maintain basic operations until patients with appointments have left, and advises other patients to prioritize safety and consider rescheduling.
General Arrangements and Important Notes
Appointment processing: For appointments that cannot be scheduled due to the above weather warning, our staff will contact the patients as soon as possible to arrange a reschedule.
Emergency Situation: If you have an appointment for a follow-up appointment and medication refill and need urgent care during the warning period, you can try calling the clinic to inquire about emergency arrangements.
Staff and patient safety: All the above arrangements prioritize safety. Your understanding and cooperation are appreciated.
