Free Medical Treatment and Medicine - Cure Chinese Medicine Clinic Free Clinic Service Guidelines


To fulfill its social responsibility and care for the community, Cure Chinese Medicine Clinic regularly conducts free medical consultations and medicine delivery services to help those in need. Please note the service details below:


Service recipients:

- Seniors aged 65 or above

- Individuals receiving Comprehensive Social Security Assistance (CSSA)

- Low-income families, the unemployed, or people facing financial difficulties (relevant proof required)

- Other cases deemed necessary by this institution based on its assessment


Service details:

- Free doctor's visit: Free initial consultation and basic diagnostic fees, including pulse diagnosis, tongue diagnosis and health consultation.

- Medicine delivery: Three days of basic Chinese medicine (granules or herbs) will be provided free of charge, limited to common medicinal materials. Special or precious medicinal materials will be calculated separately at cost price.

- Scope: Services cover basic treatments such as internal medicine conditioning, musculoskeletal pain, acupuncture and cupping.


Reservations and arrangements:

- The dates for the free clinic will be announced monthly in the clinic lobby and on the website. Please make an appointment in advance by phone or on the website.

Please bring your valid identification and Yu Yuan Tang free clinic certificate for registration.

- There are limited spots available for each free clinic, and appointments are on a first-come, first-served basis.


Important matters:

1. The free clinic aims to provide basic medical support. If further examination or long-term treatment is required, the doctor will provide referral suggestions.

2. Please respect resources and make good use of them. Each eligible person may participate in a free clinic once every three months.

3. The physician reserves the right to make professional judgments and may recommend referrals to other social services or medical institutions if necessary.

4. Free medical services do not cover medical responsibilities beyond those stipulated by law. All diagnoses and treatment plans are based on the doctor's clinical judgment.
