Sign Language Translation Service Guidelines

To ensure that hearing-impaired individuals can successfully access Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) medical services, we offer the following sign language interpretation services:

Appointment Arrangement:

Please call or book your sign language interpretation service at least three business days in advance so that we can coordinate the interpreter's availability.

Scope of service:

Translation services cover registration, doctor consultations, explanation of diagnostic results, and medication usage. Please specify in advance if translation is required for acupuncture, massage, or other treatment procedures.

Notes:

1. Please arrive on time. Each patient's appointment time is approximately 1 hour.

2. The translated content will be kept strictly confidential and will be used solely for medical communication purposes.

3. Please notify us 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule.

4. The translations provided by this clinic are for communication purposes only. The specific medical treatment plan shall be based on the professional judgment of the physician.

Cost:

The sign language interpretation service is provided by the clinic, and patients do not need to pay extra.
